Problem Justification Considering the Initial Situation in the Project Implementation Region:

The vast majority of patients with skin pathology initially consult a dermatovenerologist. With a large number of neoplasms (more than 5), it is impossible to effectively monitor the dynamics of all neoplasms.

The method allows:

• detection of suspicious lesions regarding malignancy,
• detection of newly appeared lesions,
• assessment of changes in shape, size, color of lesions and growth dynamics, if there are very many.
  The system will not miss a dangerous mole, even if it does not cause concern at the time of diagnosis.

Automated Total Body Mapping (ATMB) is the process of photographing and computerized analysis of all moles on the body using specialized technologies and artificial intelligence.

Brief Description of Project Activities:

Digital dermoscopy using the hardware-software complex FotoFinder allows for a short period of time to fully scan the patient's body, identify all existing neoplasms, and determine their nature.

Automated Total Body Mapping (ATMB)Automated Total Body Mapping) provides the highest possible image quality and allows for the study of the structure of all existing nevi.

Early diagnosis of melanoma using an artificial intelligence system has the highest sensitivity and specificity. 

Standardized photography combined with sequential computer analysis medicam completely eliminates the subjective human factor. 

The optical system of the videodermatoscope provides a maximally clear, magnified image, based on which a digital skin map is created and a classification of nevi by categories is performed..

The device transmits the processed series of images to the computer almost instantly, where they are thoroughly studied and stored in the database for comparison with the results of subsequent examinations..
